Can we order a Welcome Food Pack?
Yes, there is a section in our Booking Form where you can book a Welcome Food Pack and instruct us what exactly you would like this to consist of.

We have a baby/infant, can you provide a Cot and/or High Chair?
Yes, Cots and High Chairs can both be booked from our Booking Form.

Are Transfers to and from the Property available?
Transfers can be booked from our Booking Form. Using our Transfers Service rather than a third party Taxi service ensure that you have the smoothest arrival and departure possible as our drivers know exactly where all of our Properties are.

I would like to Hire a Car, can you recommend a Company?
We do recommend a reputable car hire here in Malta in our Booking Form. However, we always recommend to our Clients to use our Airport Transfers as the drivers will wait for you at the Arrivals Terminal and take you directly to the Property as they know exactly where the Property is and have the car hire deliver the car at the Property.

I will hire a car and need directions to Property, are these available?
If you did not select our Transfer Method in the Booking Form, you will receive clear directions to the property in our Booking Confirmation Email.

My Arrival/Departure Time changed, what do I do?
Contact us as soon as possible so we will re-organise your transfer/s and check in/out as required.

Who will give me Keys on Arrival at the Property?
We will Meet & Greet you at the Property and provide you with a set of keys.
